Every reading, as it happens. Not once a shift.
Continuous ingestion from every connected machine, on the channels that carry the earliest signs of trouble. Set up per machine, running in minutes.
Supported sensor types
Misamtek reads four primary channels on rotating and reciprocating equipment. On a machine of any complexity, these four together are enough to catch the majority of failure signatures well before the point they matter.
Bearing, winding, discharge, oil - the first channel to drift on any thermal-loop failure. Sampling as fast as your existing sensor allows.
Amplitude, spectral shift and RMS scored per axis. High-frequency channels captured for early-stage bearing signatures.
Discharge and differential pressures across stages, referenced against learned per-machine profiles.
Current signature analysis captures mechanical shifts before pure mechanical sensors do.
How data gets in
Existing sensors keep publishing where they already publish. Misamtek reads from the standard channels the equipment already exposes - OPC UA, Modbus TCP, MQTT, or a direct edge gateway when the sensor speaks proprietary. There is no line stoppage to install monitoring.
For greenfield installs, an edge gateway ships pre-configured. Plug it into the local network, point it at the sensor endpoints, and the stream shows up in the engine within minutes.
How quickly monitoring starts
A machine begins streaming immediately, but anomaly detection depends on a learned envelope. The engine holds off on drift flags until it has enough sample coverage for that machine - typically a few days of normal operation across a working duty cycle. Hard-limit alarms operate from minute one.
Pick an equipment type. Watch its sensor pulse move.
This is not a mockup. The waveforms below are being generated the same way we score real streams - learned envelope, drift detection, diagnosed callout. Pick a machine and watch an anomaly emerge.
