Floor-wide health, at a glance. Every alert with a path.
A single view that shows the current health of every connected machine, with the specific reading behind every anomaly and the routing behind every alert.
What is on the dashboard
Every connected machine is represented once, with a rolled-up health score, its current state, and the severity of any active anomaly. The dashboard is designed to be read in a glance on a control-room screen - the operator on shift can tell you what is drifting without a single click.
A drill-in on any machine shows the live waveform for each monitored channel, the current envelope, the specific reading that triggered any active alert, and the recommended service window.
Alert configuration
Alert routing is set per severity tier per machine group. Advisories can go to a maintenance-lead inbox. 24-hour windows can page an on-call rota. Anything requiring immediate response can be gated on plant-manager acknowledgement. The same anomaly on a critical line can carry a different route than on a redundant line.
Custom views
Multiple saved views per user. A maintenance planner might want a view of every machine with an active advisory in the next 30 days. A shift supervisor might want a view of only the machines on their line, filtered to active anomalies. A plant manager might want a heat-map view of the whole floor.
Pick an equipment type. Watch its sensor pulse move.
This is not a mockup. The waveforms below are being generated the same way we score real streams - learned envelope, drift detection, diagnosed callout. Pick a machine and watch an anomaly emerge.
