What every machine has been telling you for months.

Long-run trends per machine and across similar equipment. Useful when planning the next capital cycle and when settling a warranty claim on a machine that has behaved oddly for a while.

Trend review per machine

Every sensor channel is retained at native resolution for the retention period on your plan, with downsampled rollups kept far longer. Any reading on any machine can be pulled back and compared against its own history over any window.

Trends surface the slow, low-amplitude shifts that would never trigger a real-time flag on their own but represent real wear over months. A motor that is 0.4 degrees warmer this quarter than last, at the same load, is telling you something.

Cross-equipment trend view

Roll up any channel across every machine of the same type. Compare the fleet-wide vibration distribution for a particular model of pump. Identify the two units in the fleet running consistently at the edge of the pack. This is the view that answers "which of our machines are ageing faster than the rest".

Failure pattern history

Every anomaly and every recommended service action is retained with its outcome. Over time this becomes a per-fleet record of how each equipment type actually fails - useful in the field, and useful when choosing the next generation of equipment to buy.

Try the mechanic

Pick an equipment type. Watch its sensor pulse move.

This is not a mockup. The waveforms below are being generated the same way we score real streams - learned envelope, drift detection, diagnosed callout. Pick a machine and watch an anomaly emerge.
